Warranty Policy & Claim Process
Gadgetag guarantees your satisfaction with your purchase, so we offer 90-Day store limited warranty for all electronic devices of the delivery date based on tracking number. In the event you’d like to return an item, surely we can help!
WARRANTY POLICY: Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and quality issues ONLY. Physically damaged items and other situations such as cosmetic problem, water damage, physical abuse, disassembles, OS refresh or reloads (i.e. jailbreaking, custom firmware, etc.), and security sticker removed are NOT covered under warranty. Please note all returns must be in the same condition received, with all warranty seals in place. All accessories and original packaging box must also be returned for warranty approval. All electronics must be completely wiped PRIOR to the reset (the phone will remain locked even with a reset if the accounts / passwords are not removed first). Your return will be rejected if there are any iCloud/ Samsung/ Google account OR passcodes/ screen pattern locks.
RMA PROCESS: Before you return, you must get approved for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Otherwise our RMA team will reject all illegible return items.
If you notice a problem with your device OR if you just do not like it: Please contact us first. Just simply submit a return request through your account. As a required part of our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, please kindly provide the following information and pictures:
1. The IMEI number of the device. Just simply dial *#06# and it will show on the screen. Please provide us a picture of the IMEI number showed on the screen.
2. Please confirm whether there is any physical damage or liquid damage to the device. Has the device ever been dropped?
3. Please ensure the device is without any disassembles, OS refresh or reload and security sticker removed.
4. Please provide clear pictures of the screen, sides and back of the device.
Once we confirm the device IMEI and device condition matching our system record, we will issue Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). For defective returns, we will provide prepaid return label. For return items whose return reason is not our quality related:
• 10% restocking fee* to cover the expenses for any unwanted or non-defective returns
• Buyer pays Return shipping. NO drop off available.
• Refund will be NOT including any shipping and handling fee.
After we receive the return item and verify the return device is in the same condition as shipped, we will issue refund as soon as possible. Inspection process usually takes 1-3 business days. Refund amount usually shows up in your credit card’s account balance within 5-10 business days after your refund is processed. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
Gadgatag will be responsible for shipping costs when product is defective/damaged/incorrect. For all other cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. If customer rejects product delivery due to changed mind, or Package return to sender due to incorrect address issue, then $20 will be deducted from refund to cover cost of shipping both out and back. If your order arrives incorrectly or the package was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt with all the pictures of the item, phone box and outside box so that we can help.
