Shipping Policy

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive the payment. You will be notified via email immediately if there is an issue with your order resulting in delayed shipment. By default, orders are shipped by Canada Post for Canadian orders, and by USPS for US orders. Sometimes we may use Purolator and UPS as supported carriers. 

***We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address. It is buyer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping address.

Please be sure to provide us with an accurate and complete physical address. Failure to provide an accurate and complete physical address will result in a delay for your shipment. We do NOT ship to PO BOX locations!

If delivering to an apartment / condominium address please has a BUZZ CODE included on your shipping address).

If customer rejects product delivery due to changed mind, or Package return to sender Due to incorrect address issue, then $20 will be deducted from refund to cover cost of shipping both out and back. If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with pictures of the damage, device, device box and outside box for damage claim. 

To track your order, refer to the tracking number sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. This email is automatically sent to your email on file when we ship out an order. Simply enter that number below and click Track to see where your order is!
