Packaging Your Cell Phone for Return

We're sorry to hear your Gadgetag cell phone didn't work out! Don't worry though, as Gadgetag's easy returns process ensures zero fuss and zero headaches, so you never have to be stuck with a cell phone you're not 100% happy with.

Here's how to securely package your device for return:

• Place all cell phone accessories into the bottom of the cell phone box
• Replace the top flap of the box, fitting the cell phone securely in the cell phone groove; ensure the cell phone fits snugly in the box
• Close the box, tuck side flaps into the sides of the box so the box stays closed
• Wrap the cell phone box in at least two layers of bubble wrap, tape bubble wrap securely, making sure the entire box is covered
• Tape your return authorization slip to the bubble wrap in a prominent place
• Put bubble-wrapped package in a shipping box or bubble mailer, securely tape and make sure there are no moving parts inside
• Print and tape the return mail label on the package, do not bend or cover any part of the return mail label
• Drop off to your local post office
