How do I place an order?

To place an order, first navigate to the product you’re interested in. This can be done in several ways: either by searching for the product by name in the search bar near the top right of every page, browsing for a suitable product through the Featured Collections and Featured Items sections on the homepage, or clicking on the Shop Cell Phones/Shop Accessories in the top navigation bar and filtering for the desired product from there.

Once you’ve clicked into the product page, you will be able to add this product into your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. An overview of your current shopping cart will be shown, after which you can choose to continue shopping or check out immediately.

When you’re finished shopping, click the “Check Out” button within the shopping cart to complete your order. Fill in your contact and shipping information. If you already have an account with us, you can also choose to Log In to skip these steps.

Confirm your payment method, and review your order on the right side of the page before confirming your purchase by clicking on the “Complete Order” button. And you’re done! Our logistics team will prepare your order for shipping at once, and your order will arrive securely packaged shortly.

Why is there a 2 per order limit on electronic devices?

By limiting the number of devices per order, we actively prevent and minimize fraudulent orders, thus keeping prices to you low. If you’re interested in becoming a wholesaler of our devices, please see Wholesale Inquiries.

When will I be charged?

Your provided payment method will be charged once you confirm and place your order.

What currency do you charge in?

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. By other currency, PayPal will display the total amount charged to your credit card in your native currency when checking out. Final total charged to your credit card may be slightly different due to conversion rates.

Are all Gadgetag‘s cell phones unlocked? Does this mean the phones will work with all carriers?

Our devices are all tested and unlocked. While all our cell phones are unlocked, this does not mean they are compatible with all carriers. Besides unlocking, carrier compatibility also depends on the cell phone’s native supported frequencies, mobile operator and your location.

Is shopping with Gadgetag secure?

We understand security is a major concern for all online shoppers. While online shopping can be fraught with peril, we aim to make your shopping experience at Gadgetag as safe and as secure as possible.

Is all Gadgetag‘s merchandise available to purchase online?

Gadgetag is backed by one of Canada’s most established repairs, refurbishment, and distribution firms. As such, we have access to a vast selection of refurbished cell phones, both latest versions and legacy models. We are constantly adding new products to our site, but if the model you’re looking for isn’t on our site, you can Contact us to see if we have it in stock.

Help! I made a wrong order! Can I cancel it?

All UNSHIPPED orders can be cancelled without any charge. Unfortunately, shipped orders cannot be cancelled any more.

What kinds of warranty is offered? How can I return?
