Cancelling Your Order
All UNSHIPPED orders can be cancelled without any charge. You can check the shipping status of your order under My Account. If the shipping status shows “Unshipped”, you may cancel your order by clicking “Cancel My Order”.
Full refund will be issued immediately upon order cancellation, and the refund amount should show up in your credit card’s account balance within 5-10 business days. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return a shipped item, please see the Exchange/Return section.
